Tawk.to is the most widely installed live chat widget on the web, and it is genuinely free: unlimited agents, unlimited chats, no trial clock. It makes its money by selling branding removal, hired chat agents and a few add-ons.
If your budget is zero, that is a real offer and no comparison page should pretend otherwise.
