Simple plans, unlimited conversations

No. Seats come with the plan: two on Free, five on Starter, fifteen on Pro, and as many as you like on Business. Adding a colleague inside your plan costs nothing, and there is no per-seat line on the invoice. You only move up when you genuinely outgrow the seats.

Move up a plan whenever you like. Changes are prorated, so upgrading mid-month costs the difference rather than a whole month.

No, on any plan, including Free. There is no message allowance, no per-conversation charge and no overage invoice at the end of a busy month. If a campaign goes well, your bill does not change.

One domain with its own widget, its own settings and its own site key. A staging copy of the same site does not need a separate one, because you can add staging to that website’s allowed domains.

You get 14 days on a paid plan without giving us a card. When it ends, add a card to carry on, or do nothing and the workspace drops to the free plan. We do not delete your conversations for being on the free plan. You just see the last 30 days of them.

Everything but one thing: removing "We run on Talkfront" from the widget footer. That footer is how most people find us, so it stays for the trial and comes off the day you subscribe. The setting is there the whole time and remembers what you chose.

Exactly what it says. That feature is part of the plan you are buying, but it is not in the product yet. We would rather tell you now than have you find out after paying. Everything without a marker works today.

The headline price excludes VAT, with the inclusive figure shown underneath it. VAT is only charged on UK orders. If you are outside the UK, the listed price is what you pay and no VAT is added.

Yes. Cancel in the billing portal and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
