Sub-processors
Everybody we rely on to run Talkfront, what they do and where they are. Published rather than sent on request, because you should not have to email us to find out who touches your data.

Where Talkfront actually runs
The servers, the database and the backups are operated by Lonex Group Ltd, in Europe. Hosting is not outsourced, so there is no infrastructure provider on the list below holding your conversations.
Everything in this section applies to the app at app.talkfront.app, the widget, and the data your customers send through them.
The suppliers we use
Each of these acts on our instructions under a contract that obliges them to, and each is used for one specific job rather than given general access.

When this changes
We will update this page before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data, not after. If you would like to be told when it changes, email privacy@talkfront.app and we will add you to the list of people we notify.
If you object to a new sub-processor, tell us and we will either address it or let you leave without penalty for the rest of your term.
What is deliberately not on this list
- No advertising or tracking networks. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no ad tech anywhere in the product or on this website.
- No AI provider. Nothing in Talkfront sends your conversations to a model, ours or anybody else’s. If that changes it will appear here first.
- No analytics inside the app. The page counter above runs on this marketing website. It is not in the panel and not in the widget.
