Our Discord is open to anyone. It is where people compare notes on installs, ask the questions that do not need a ticket, and hear what we are working on first. We read it, but it is a community rather than a support queue. For anything about your account, use chat or email.

Chat is answered during UK business hours. Email usually gets a reply within one working day, and if we are going to be slower than that, the widget says so rather than leaving you wondering.
