The widget looks wrong on my site
Wrong colour, wrong place, covering something, or wrong on a phone.

The chat window runs in an iframe on its own origin, so your CSS cannot reach into it and its styles cannot leak onto your page. That rules out a whole class of problem, and it also means most “looks wrong” is a setting rather than a conflict.
It is the wrong colour, or the wrong corner
Settings → Websites → your site → Appearance. Colour, light or dark, font and which corner it sits in, with a live preview beside the form.
Changes are drafted and published separately, so you can experiment on a live site and only publish when it looks right.
It is covering something
The launcher sits in a corner, and on some sites that is where a cookie banner, a back-to-top button or a sticky basket already lives.
Move the widget to the other corner. It is the fastest fix and almost always the right one, because the alternative is moving the thing that was there first.
It is wrong on a phone but fine on a desktop
Check it on an actual phone rather than a narrow browser window. The two are not the same: a real device has a different viewport, a keyboard that changes the height when it opens, and an address bar that comes and goes.
If the chat window is being pushed around when the keyboard opens, that is
usually a viewport meta tag issue on your own page rather than the widget.
The font is not mine
The widget has its own font setting, under Appearance. It deliberately does not inherit yours, because it cannot see your stylesheet, so setting it there is how they match.
It flashes, or appears late
The loader is deliberately small and the chat window is not created until somebody opens it. A brief gap before the launcher appears is normal, particularly on a slow connection. If it is seconds rather than a moment, see messages are slow, which covers the same underlying causes.
Something genuinely broken
If it is none of the above, email support@talkfront.app with the URL and a screenshot. The URL is the important half: we can look at the same page rather than guessing from a description.
